At ShieldInsure.click, we want you to be fully satisfied with your luxury fragrance purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. If the fragrance seal has been broken or the packaging is damaged, we may not accept the return unless the product is defective.

2. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing the order.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened perfumes or products that have been used.
